Quick and Easy Havarti Slider Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
- 2 tsp steak seasoning
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Sliced Havarti cheese
- 1 package Artesian rolls or Hawaiian Rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- A prepared casserole dish, mix ground beef, steak seasoning, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Press ground meat mixture until flat in casserole dish.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
- While meat is baking, cut rolls in half horizontally.
- After 25 minutes, remove casserole dish from the oven. Transfer meat to plate and drain juices to heat safe bowl or jar. Wipe dish clean with paper towel.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in casserole dish. Top with cooked meat. Top meat with sliced Havarti cheese. Place top have of rolls on top. (I gave you a choice of rolls here. Adults seem to prefer the neutral flavor Artesian rolls. Children seem to prefer the sweetness of the Hawaiian rolls)
- Bake an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from oven. Remove Sliders to cutting a board and cut between rolls. Serve.
