Beef & Bean Bake w/ Pretzels
Combining two childhood favorites, this dish is sweet, savory, and salty all in one! So easy and so fun!

lb.
lean ground beef
½
medium onion
diced
2-3
slices
bacon
diced
Salt & Pepper
1-28
oz
can baked beans
1
tsp
ancho chili powder
¼
c
katsup
2
tbsp
yellow mustard

frozen soft pretzels
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
When beef is finished cooking, add onion and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
Once bacon is partially cooked add chili powder, katsup, and mustard. Stir together and add beans.
Heat bean mixture through and transfer to prepared 8x8 pan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Raise the temperature of the oven to 400.
Wet frozen pretzels with water and sprinkle with pretzel salt provided in the box.
Remove beans from oven, uncover, and top with frozen pretzels. Bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy.

Super Pretzel brand soft pretzels were used for this recipe.
