Garlic Lemon Aioli from Grill Of Victory
This bright, fresh Aioli is a great addition to any sandwich, grilled vegetable, or burger.

- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp smoked Paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 TBSP Crystal Hot Sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
In a blender, whip eggs and garlic until smooth.
Add mustard, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne, and hot sauce. Blend.
With blender running, slowly add olive oil until desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
