Equipment

  • Belgian Waffle maker

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups gluten-free ap flour I used Cup4Cup for this recipe
  • 1 ¾ c whole milk
  • ½ c butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla optional. I omitted for my savory waffle board

Instructions

  • Preheat Belgian Waffle Iron while you prepare your batter.
  • In a large bowl, whisk your eggs until bubbly.
  • Add your milk and cooled, melted butter. Whisk together.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients.
  • Add your dry ingredients to your egg mixture. Mix just until lumps are incorporated.
  • Once Waffle Iron is preheated, add your batter and cook until waffle Iron beeps it is done.
  • Move waffles to cooling rack.
