eggs

cups
gluten-free ap flour
I used Cup4Cup for this recipe
1 ¾
c
whole milk
½
c
butter
melted
1
tbsp
sugar
4
tsp
baking powder
¼
tsp
salt

tsp
vanilla
optional. I omitted for my savory waffle board
Instructions
Preheat Belgian Waffle Iron while you prepare your batter.
In a large bowl, whisk your eggs until bubbly.
Add your milk and cooled, melted butter. Whisk together.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients.
Add your dry ingredients to your egg mixture. Mix just until lumps are incorporated.
Once Waffle Iron is preheated, add your batter and cook until waffle Iron beeps it is done.
Move waffles to cooling rack.
