Ingredients
¾cupunsalted buttersoftened
½cupsugar
2eggs
4ripe bananas
2cupsall-purpose flour
¾tspsalt
1tspsoda
1tspvanilla
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix until combined.
Add mashed bananas and mix well.
In a separate bowl whisk together flour, salt, and soda.
Mix dry ingredients to butter mixture.
Mix in vanilla and fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups with batter and bake for 20-22 minutes.
Notes
This was my Grandmother Lena's original banana bread recipe. I modified it from using margarine to butter...because BUTTER! And I like baking muffins because they take less time to bake. I hope you enjoy! XO Lara
