Garlic Lemon Aioli from Grill Of Victory

Cajun Grilled Corn topped with Garlic Lemon Aioli from Grill Of Victory
Perfect topped with Garlic Lemon Aioli!

Every good cook needs a “Go To” Aioli recipe. My Garlic Lemon Aioli from Grill Of Victory is just that. It has the perfect balance of flavors. This is not your basic Mayo!

Don’t be intimidated at the thought of making your own Aioli. We all have to try something for the first time. And this Aioli is versatile enough for many different uses. Once you try making your own Aioli you will never want store bought Mayo again.

How can I use Garlic Lemon Aioli from Grill Of Victory?

Of course, you can use it like I did in round one of Grill Of Victory. I used it on my Bayou Burger from Grill Of Victory and also on my Cajun Grilled Corn from Grill Of Victory. You can find those recipes in the above links.

Additionally, Garlic Lemon Aioli from Grill Of Victory is a great addition to sandwiches. And just imagine using it in a Summer Squash Casserole. The Garlic and Lemon flavors would really compliment the freshness of the squash and onions!

More Recipes from Grill Of Victory

Next week I will be posting recipes from Round 2 of competition. In round 2 I created a dish called Red Beans and Rice from Grill Of Victory. If you saw the episode, you will know we were challenged to “reinvent” Shepherd’s Pie. Truth be told, I don’t care for Shepherd’s Pie. And since I love Cajun Cuisine, I decided to take the idea in a completely different direction. You may have seen me grill onions, peppers, and corn to add more “grilling elements” to my dish. (It was a Grilling Show).
